1. Service Description

ForgR is an SEO blog creation and automation platform. The service allows you to deploy, manage and generate content for static blogs (Nuxt SSG) hosted on Cloudflare Pages, included in every plan.

2. User Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials. You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of our terms.

3. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

4. Limitation of Liability

ForgR provides hosting via Cloudflare Pages with a high uptime target, but no contractual SLA outside the Enterprise plan. Content published on your blogs and AI-generated content remain under your editorial responsibility.

5. AI Transparency

In line with the EU AI Act, every article generated by ForgR discloses its AI origin. You remain the editor of the content published on your blogs.
