How ForgR picks topics using real Google data

ForgR integrates DataForSEO to ground every article in real search data — volumes, difficulty, cost per click, and frequently asked questions.

The problem with AI generation without data

Most AI content generators pick topics either randomly or from a manual list. The result: articles targeting keywords with no traffic, or too competitive for a new site to rank on.

ForgR solved this by directly integrating Google Ads data via DataForSEO. Before writing, Marc knows exactly how many people search for a topic each month — and how hard it will be to rank.

What DataForSEO brings to every article

For each keyword or topic generated, ForgR queries the DataForSEO API in real time and retrieves:

  • Monthly search volume. How many times the keyword is searched on Google each month. A direct indicator of traffic potential.
  • Difficulty score. An estimate of how competitive the keyword is (Easy / Medium / Hard) based on the level of competition from Google advertisers.
  • Cost per click (CPC). The price advertisers pay for this keyword. A high CPC indicates strong commercial intent — ideal for affiliate blogs.
  • Semantically related keywords. A list of similar terms, variants, and related questions that Marc naturally integrates into the article to cover the full topic cluster.

"People Also Ask" questions injected directly

ForgR also queries live SERP results to retrieve the "People Also Ask" (PAA) questions associated with the topic. These questions are injected into the article structure before generation.

The result: every article contains a FAQ section that answers exactly the questions people are already asking Google. This mechanism improves both:

  • Ranking on long-tail queries — each FAQ is an additional ranking opportunity.
  • Featured Snippet eligibility — Google favors direct, structured answers.
  • GEO optimization — LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity cite pages that directly answer questions.

Prioritizing keywords worth writing about

Not all keywords are equal. A keyword with 50 monthly searches is not worth the same investment as one with 2,000 monthly searches. ForgR automatically sorts your keyword list by priority and selects the best candidates for generation.

Priority combines search volume, difficulty, and search intent. An informational keyword with medium volume and low competition will be preferred over a highly competitive transactional keyword — unless your site is already well-ranked.

How ForgR uses this data in practice

Here is the complete flow for every article generated by ForgR:

  • Keyword selection. ForgR picks the next keyword from your list (by priority) or uses the topic you defined manually.
  • DataForSEO enrichment. Marc queries the API in real time: volume, CPC, difficulty, related keywords.
  • PAA retrieval. ForgR analyzes the SERP results for the keyword to extract "People Also Ask" questions.
  • Prompt injection. All this data is passed to Claude to inform the article structure: topics to cover, FAQ to include, lexical field to activate.
  • Generation and publication. Marc writes an article that naturally integrates all these elements. The article is scheduled automatically 2 days after generation to give you time to review it.

This flow triggers automatically at the frequency you choose. You can also trigger generation manually from the dashboard.
