Comparison
ForgR vs Sedestral: an honest comparison
Sedestral is an AI agent platform that publishes into your existing CMS. ForgR creates and hosts the whole blog, agents included. Factual comparison, current as of 24 September 2026.
Upfront disclosure
ForgR wrote this page and sells a competing product, so read it with that in mind. Sedestral is a serious product with functions ForgR does not have (automated link building, video generation, multi-CMS). Everything about Sedestral below was read directly on sedestral.com and its blog post, checked 24 September 2026; check their site yourself, this moves fast.
What Sedestral does
Sedestral describes itself as "the AI agent platform to measure and grow your visibility on search engines and in AI assistants" (sedestral.com, checked 24 September 2026). Concretely:
- Six named agents that plug into your existing tools: Alya (writing, editorial calendar, automatic publishing), Rémi (continuous SEO/AI optimisation of pages), Maya (backlink research and acquisition), Nox (Google indexing monitoring), Marc (real SEO competitor analysis) and Louise (image and video generation).
- Native integration with WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Webflow, Odoo and Joomla: "Direct publication to your CMS saves time" (sedestral.com/en/blog/best-ai-seo-tools-2026, checked 24 September 2026).
- Claims over 1,800 customers on its Capterra listing (source: ForgR internal audit dated 23 September 2026, not re-checked on the day this page was written).
Sedestral does not host a blog. It publishes into a CMS you already own, so you need a site before you can use it.
On price: their pricing page (sedestral.com/en/pricing, checked 24 September 2026) shows three tiers — Pro, Max, Enterprise — but none of the three displays a number or an included article volume; the only explicit line is "no commitment". We cannot quote a reliable Sedestral price today: that is information, not a gap in our research.
What ForgR does
ForgR creates, hosts and keeps a full SEO blog publishing: you don't need a site, everything is provided (blog, design, domain, content).
- A blog online in minutes, ready-made design, your own domain.
- Marc writes, Clara handles Google SEO, Gaïa tracks your AI visibility, Raphaël watches the technical health, Léa runs onboarding.
- 14-day trial (card required, no free plan), then $34, $80 or $172 per month, hosting and domain included, published on the pricing page.
ForgR generates in French and English, and can publish to an existing WordPress if you already have one.

When Sedestral is the better choice
- You already have a site (WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Webflow, Odoo, Joomla) and want to publish straight into it.
- You want automated link building run by a dedicated agent (Maya).
- You want to generate images and video for campaigns (Louise agent), not just text.
- You prefer a product that covers several CMS at once, including outside WordPress.
When ForgR is the better choice
- You have no site: ForgR provides and hosts the blog, design and domain included.
- You want a published, transparent price before committing, no sales call required.
- You want AI-answer visibility tracking included from the trial.
- You want a turnkey multi-blog strategy without managing several CMS.
Often the case for solopreneurs, SMBs and B2B SaaS. See the B2B SaaS use case.
What ForgR does not do (and Sedestral does)
- No automated link building. ForgR does not research or acquire backlinks for you.
- No video generation. ForgR generates images for articles, not videos.
- Fewer connected CMS: WordPress only, against seven platforms for Sedestral.
Sedestral is a set of agents that work on a site you already own. ForgR is the site itself, hosted and kept publishing, for whoever does not want to manage a CMS at all.
How we checked this
Everything about Sedestral on this page comes from two sources read directly on 24 September 2026: the English homepage (sedestral.com/en) for the agent list and the product tagline, and a blog post published on their own domain (sedestral.com/en/blog/best-ai-seo-tools-2026) confirming the publish-into-your-CMS model. We also tried three times to pull a numeric price off their pricing page (sedestral.com/en/pricing and sedestral.com/pricing) and got nothing: the three tiers shown, Pro, Max, Enterprise, display no figure at all, just placeholder values. We would rather say that plainly than repeat a number picked up on a different day, which might no longer hold.
The same discipline applies to the rest of this page: every competitor fact is either something we read ourselves on 24 September 2026, or something an earlier ForgR audit recorded on 23 September 2026 and is labelled as such. Where a fact could not be confirmed either way, the sentence says so instead of guessing. This matters more than it sounds: comparison pages in this category are routinely built from a competitor's old marketing copy or a review blog's summary, and prices in AI tooling move by the month. A figure that was accurate in June can be wrong by September, and a wrong figure printed as fact is the kind of mistake that damages trust in every other claim on the page, including the ones about ForgR.
What it costs
- ForgR: 14-day trial (card required), then $34 / $80 / $172 per month, hosting and domain included. Detail on the pricing page.
- Sedestral: price not published as of 24 September 2026. Three tiers shown (Pro, Max, Enterprise) with no figure; you need to go through their onboarding flow or a sales contact to get a number.

Their pricing page, checked 24 September 2026, shows three tiers (Pro, Max, Enterprise) with no figure attached. We cannot quote a reliable price; contact Sedestral directly for a current number.
Does Sedestral track my brand's visibility in ChatGPT or Perplexity like Gaïa does at ForgR?
The pages we checked do not detail a function equivalent to Gaïa. Sedestral positions itself broadly around visibility "on search engines and in AI assistants", but without a tracking mechanism described in detail on the pages we read.
